Refund policy

 

At KAYAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure your return or exchange is eligible. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tag still attached. Items that have been worn or have had their tags removed will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kayalofficial.com. Please include your order number and details of the item you would like to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

For eligible non-faulty returns where the customer chooses store credit, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount issued as store credit.

If you choose to exchange your item for another available size or colour, KAYAL will cover the return shipping cost for the exchange. No return shipping fee will be deducted from the value of your exchange.

For faulty items confirmed following inspection, KAYAL will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return shipping label where applicable.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty following inspection, you may choose from the available options, including a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without the original tag attached.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

You may request an exchange for another available size or colour, subject to availability. The item being returned must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, and have its original tag attached.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit instead.

 

Store Credit

For eligible non faulty returns, KAYAL does not offer refunds. You may choose to receive store credit or exchange your item instead.

Store credit will be issued once your returned item has been received and inspected and the return has been approved.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in certain circumstances.

Where applicable, these statutory rights apply in addition to our return policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

 

Refunds

KAYAL does not offer refunds for eligible non faulty returns. These returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty following inspection, you may choose from the available remedies, which may include a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your requested return or remedy has been approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
